Please note: We will continue to monitor the need for keeping our doors open and our operating budget to make any further changes to our being open
Temporary Changes to Business Operations:
Grooming Appointments: Please call to schedule grooming appoints as normal and we will give you any necessary information regarding changes to our business operations at that time.
If you currently have a scheduled appointment, you will receive a call from our Five Star Dog Resort Staff to confirm your appointment and review changes to business operations.
Until further notice, no clients will be permitted to accompany their dog into the dog resort. We have created a very specific protocol for our staff coming to your car to pick up your dog(s) and we will give you forms to complete in your car and give back to our staff when you have completed them.
We will only be accepting credit card payments over the phone during this time. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
Please continue to help us STAY OPEN & STAY HEALTHY by staying home if you are showing any symptoms. A BIG thank you to our FIVE STAR DOG RESORT family for supporting the necessary precautionary changes to our day-to-day operations.
We are thankful that these are temporary changes and soon we hope to see each of you again and return to our normal hours and operations. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
